Who are we? Lucie initiated a women's circle after a beautiful and transformative experience, where she realized how important it is to be surrounded by a supportive feminine community and was called to bring this concept back to Berlin and particularly at HAR STUDIO, where she teaches yoga on a daily basis. Her dream is to provide a safe environment for the female community in Berlin and raise the sisterhood vibration. For each circle, she wishes to introduce you to a new sister with inspiring skills and to create a safe space for sharing, reflecting, and healing. As a certified yoga teacher, she is passionate about holding spaces and sharing her energy, leading groups with powerful tools such as breathwork, meditation, sound journeys, intuitive movements, and spiritual guidance. She believes that body and mind are closely related, so expect a full activation of your entire vessel, both on the physical, mental and emotional levels.
Émeline qualified as Neuropractioner in June 2021, specializing in trauma detachment therapy. This path has been chosen since she believes that to cure the symptoms, it is the root cause that needs to be healed and this root cause is, most of the time, emotional. In a society where emotions should be hidden and neutrality should be the norm, she wants to highlight that feeling helps to digest. Since then, she has helped people detach themselves from their trauma, fears, bad emotions, repetitive patterns and blockages using EMDR, conversational hypnosis and Jungian psychology. These techniques, based on the unconscious mind, take into account all the experiences that you have unconsciously imprinted but not consciously digested. Since January 2022, she is also part of JOY Space Collective, a holistic practice in Berlin with strong feminist, inclusive and tolerance-oriented values which gives her even more opportunities to express her desire to help women in every aspect: physical, psychological and spiritual.
