In a men's circle, one can reconnect with their true self, balance their divine energies, and restore brotherhood. It provides a safe space to gain self-awareness and explore emotions. Each meeting will focus on a different topic and invite a new guide alongside the initiator, Ale.
April's theme is "The Men's Box." In the 80s, educator Paul Kivel developed the concept of a set of rules for behavior that every man should follow to be accepted by other men, such as being dominant, aggressive, and unemotional. Many of us grew up with these polarized behaviors and traditions passed down from generation to generation, fulfilling the Men's Box.
How much of the box you can still identify with?
This is a safe space to share your stories, fears, anxieties, and patterns with other men from different backgrounds and beliefs. We'll have open discussions, journaling, group exercises, and physical activities like breathwork and meditation. We'll provide refreshments to nourish your body and soul.
