Emotions surface and come crashing down on us like waves. Again and again. They are born and they die on the shores of our Minds.

Some would define those waves as a recursive sequence of torment and chaos, while others fathom an opportunity to transform.

Oceanic waters collide against the foundations of our minds. As time flows, old foundations weaken and begin to crumble.

Scratching, Abrading, Tearing, Breaking.

What is useless to us has to fade away. Carried by the waves in its tumultuous embrace, granulating into dust.

Only with the most precious and finest sand can we rebuild and re-harmonize our own inner Castle. 

But remember! Just like sand Castles, everything in life is temporary and in constant evolution.

Every destruction gives place for creation.

We will explore those emotions, discover the treasures hidden behind them and see how we can unite them in a harmonious way.
