Through the Emotional Freedom Technique, self-Reiki massage, a mix of cleansing pranayama exercises, guided meditations, soothing sounds of the Moon Gong, with astrology guidance and Traditional Chinese Medicine insights, you will practice how to let go of what no longer serves you, releasing old patterns and hidden attachments, moving beyond self-limiting beliefs and opening towards greater possibilities.
