Conscious connected breath is a technique that can facilitate dissolving mental, emotional, and physical blockages while detoxing the body. Breathwork resets the nervous system, oxygenates the blood, and releases endorphins. We will spend about 40 minutes journeying inwards with breathwork. Afterward, there is time to bathe in the bliss of crystal quartz singing bowl Soundbath. Following our time together we will close with a circle that is open for sharing as we are all divine mirrors of one another.
