Ceremonial cacao is a plant medicine that naturally promotes love, courage, and trust. It awakens our hearts and helps us feel the connection to ourselves. Empowering us to show and express the way we feel. 

Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation and focused awareness that supports us in accessing our subconscious, seeing our truth, and allowing us to change subconscious programs.

EXTRA NOTES
Please bring your own cup for the cacao. Cacao works best on an empty stomach. It's not dangerous to have cacao after eating food, though we recommend against having a big meal right before the ceremony as well as not consuming coffee on the day of the ceremony.

If you are pregnant, take antidepressants, or have a severe heart condition please let me know in advance at hello@throughtheheart.com, so we can adjust the amount of cacao accordingly.
