7 years ago Sofia dreamed of playing on a pyramid, this took her on a sound quest.

She will share this story with you and invite you to dive into a sound journey that includes Gongs, Water harp, Clay singing bowl as well as her freshly built pyramid that holds 6 planetary instruments played simultaneously.

For the ancient Egyptians, a pyramid was called 𓉴 mer, a "place of ascension”. One of the most intriguing features of the Great Pyramids is the so-called “sound chambers.” These are rooms located deep within the pyramids, and they have unique acoustic properties.

Sofia has worked with Gongs for 10 years, she was the Gong teacher of many Yoga teachers of Har.
