Vishuddha, located in the throat region is the energetic center of authentic self-expression and communication. This fifth primary chakra reminds us to speak and listen with love and transmute challenging experiences into wisdom, with compassion for our Selves and others.

Together with mantras, we will relax into the cosmic gong bath, and close with gentle sounds and meditation.

Herbal tea and nibbles will be provided for your re-grounding journey. Please feel free to bring a journal and pen to write any ideas that may come to you.
