25.09 - 30.09 AUTUMN PILATES RETREAT by María Rosa


We will take off our old suits to sew new ones.
We will practice Pilates every day.
Strength exercises, cardio exercises.
We will do stretching to explore our deepest tissues.
We will meditate in movement and to the rhythm of the Gong.
We will feed ourselves with food that nourishes us.
We will cleanse our guts with detoxifying juices.
The sauna will make us sweat.
There will be free time to write in your journal, to read, to see the trees and mountains, to feel the sand.
We will observe ourselves.
Oh, and there will be water.
Sweet water.
Salt water.
The sea will rinse our skin so that the wind later dries it up, taking away everything we no longer need.
