In the transition between summer and winter, between light and darkness, we move from sunny adventures to cozy introspection. In the space between polarities, we take a moment to retreat, breathe deeply, and find the balance inside that will ground us in ourselves.
During these days together we will share healing practices, including yoga and other somatic tools, breathwork, sound and community. We will gather and reflect around the topics of relationship and connection, with ourselves and with others.
How to be present for myself, honor my reality, and be there for others with an open heart?
Surrounded by magical nature and in connection with the present moment, we prepare an experience and a memory for you to take with you and hold as a talisman of your self love.
On our last night, we will celebrate the Libra new moon with our hearts full of inspired intention and devotion.

Ana Rosa brings over 13 years of dedicated yoga practice, rooted in the Ashtanga and Iyengar traditions. Her approach is precise and deeply mindful, focusing on alignment, breath, and fluidity to gently guide students into deeper postures and greater awareness. As a musician and sound artist, Ana Rosa holds an MA in Sound Art and extensive training in specific instruments, exploring how electronic and acoustic sounds can foster meditative and healing experiences. She combines her love of movement and sound in her sessions to create a transformative practice. Her classes are designed to release tension, unblock energy, and find deep relaxation, mindfulness, and inner renewal.
Pascale combines her training in somatic therapy and yoga to invite her students and clients to explore the bridge between the conscious and unconscious, identifying emotional blocks and cultivating more freedom and presence. The love for yoga has been a constant in her adult life, and she has found her personal balance as teacher and practitioner between the fierce devotion of Ashtanga and the gentle dreaminess of Yin. Her approach integrates precision with introspection, focusing on breath, mindful movement, and the subtle body to guide students into a deeper connection with themselves. Together with these body-centered tools, Pascale brings to her sessions a deep knowledge of archetypes and symbols, using them as pathways to discover hidden layers of the psyche and playfully expand self-awareness and healing.
