Singing bowls are considered one of the most powerful instruments in the sound healing tradition. Their origin traces back to the Bon shamanic tradition of the Himalayas, which used them in rituals and meditation. Their deep metallic sound travels quickly through the water between our cells, allowing us to reach a state of deep relaxation of both our physical and pranic bodies, releasing blockages and facilitating a state of trance.

In this workshop, we will cover the basic knowledge of theory and practice of the singing bowls, and using the Ayurvedic approach, we will learn the keys for playing them for groups and for personal use. No prior knowledge is needed.
