Together, we will embark on a journey of exploring the power of vulnerable communication through playful interactions with one another.
Through creative group exercises, we will delve into verbal and non-verbal communication, exploring the subtle cues and expressions that convey our emotions and intentions.
Within the supportive circle of like-minded women, we will practice active listening, compassionate witnessing, and holding space for one another through heart to heart connections. Expect powerful group interactions, which will create a safe container where vulnerability and our femininity are celebrated.

Who are we? Lucie initiated a women's circle after a beautiful and transformative experience, where she realized how important it is to be surrounded by a supportive feminine community, where you can just be and become. Her aspiration is to provide a safe environment for the female community in Berlin and raise the sisterhood vibration. For each circle, she wishes to introduce you to a new sister with inspiring skills and to create a space for sharing, reflecting, and healing. As a certified yoga teacher, she is passionate about holding spaces and sharing her energy, leading groups with powerful tools such as breathwork, meditation, sound journeys, intuitive movements, and spiritual guidance. She believes that body and mind are closely related, so expect a full activation of your entire vessel, both on the physical, mental and emotional levels.
Jasmin is a psychologist, anthropologist and Mindset Coach who is passionate about helping and supporting people around topics of mental health and well-being. She specializes in the areas of cross-cultural identity, trauma, breaking negative beliefs, confidence building, and self-empowerment. Through her experiences working alongside women from all walks of life, she is eager to share her knowledge and energy with the women's community in Berlin, providing powerful psychological concepts and tools to allow a safe space for sharing vulnerabilities, challenging limiting beliefs, and empowering women on their journey of self-belief and self-love.
