Empower yourself by joining our Women's Circle dedicated to embracing and harnessing the power of female cycles. This inclusive space is open to women of all ages, aiming to explore the connections between our inner rhythms and the lunar phases. Through open discussions, meditation, and rituals, we'll learn about the different phases of our cycle: The Virgin (preovulatory phase), the Mother (ovulatory phase), the Enchantress (premenstrual phase), the Witch (menstrual period) and the Red Moon (final empowerment). This circle aims to build a supportive community that promotes self-awareness, self-care, and a stronger connection to our natural cycles.

In this workshop, you will:
• Understand how your cycle can help you to know yourself better, boost your creativity, and tap into your intuition
• Explore the four hormonal phases of your cycle and the changes that you experience physically, emotionally, and mentally in each one of them
• Discover your powers and vulnerabilities in each phase and use them to live in tune with your authentic nature
• Be guided through some activities such as meditation, breathwork, movements, partner exercises to start integrating the workshop’s teachings into your own menstrual experience
• Have the chance to share your experience, and connect with others
• Spend an intimate moment with like-minded women
