In the heart of Winter comes the Winter Solstice, where the shortest day meets the longest night. For centuries, it's a time to celebrate rebirth, hope, and light.

We will practice a soft Yin & Restorative yoga style, closing together this year's chapter and breathing into a new year. A haven of quiet introspection, dreaming along sounds' bath, offering us a time to set intentions for the celebrations to come.
