Spring is upon us — the nights are beginning to feel a little shorter, and the days feel a little brighter. Perhaps you’ve been feeling inspired to tap into your innately creative and imaginative essence. 

Whether that is an idea, a project, a vision - this new moon is a wonderful moment to water the roots of the seeds we sowed during winter and breathe into the fluidity of this period. 

Together we will explore the vibrational frequencies of the Pisces season, by inviting breathwork and soft movement. We will be accompanied by a nourishing gong bath and a grounding meditation guided by Jane.
