Let us welcome the last month of the year by fully bathing in the vibrational frequency of the Gong.
After inviting gentle movement and breath into our bodies, we will tune in to the journey of deepening and expanding together with the beautiful harmonic resonance of the Gong. The safe space will be facilitated by Jane.
Mats, blankets and warm tea will be provided. Please bring anything else you may need to feel extra cozy.
