In Eugenia’s and Yasemin’s third part of their “activation series”, they invite us to reframe what the world is telling us about productivity. The need to constantly “do” can turn toxic and is found in almost every culture. We find patterns of an obsessive need to always be productive, regardless of the costs to health, relationship and life. Hence we end up in a burn out- end exhaustive environment, especially “post” Covid when rushing into experiencing everything that wasn't available for such a long time.
Additionally, there is a pressure to be out of stress, putting more things on the to-do, believing if we check off the next task, we’ll be finally free. Like everything else in life, stress and productivity have a high and low vibration. It can be a fuel for progress and if we use the energy inflow, we can even co-create with the universe to manifest our life. But when there is no time to reflect and decide on a course of action, we’ll end up out of balance.
Eugenia and Yasemin want to create a space for deconditioning and demystifying productivity using their entire yogic tool stack to access slowness. Expect an evening that is relaxing your nervous system while learning to not doanything.
