Join us in this immersive workshop to explore our relationship with anger and engage in an active exercise to learn constructive ways of expressing ourselves.
Why? In this transformative workshop, we seek to unravel the complexities of our relationship with this intense emotion. Throughout our lives, we have absorbed societal messages, shaping how we perceive and respond to it. Understanding the origins of our emotional experiences can pave the way for healthier and more constructive ways of managing our feelings.
How beneficial is it to learn to manage our emotions? Learning to manage our emotions is essential for our overall well-being and relationships. By exploring alternative methods of emotional management, we can cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional intelligence, allowing us to respond to life's challenges in more balanced and positive ways.

By exploring our bodies' responses, we can gain deeper insights into the root causes of our feelings. 3. Role-Play Exercise: Participants will pair up and take turns role-playing situations that trigger real emotions in their lives. Through this exercise, we will practice expressing our feelings constructively, fostering effective communication and emotional release. 4.
