Transpersonal Trinity offers a fusion of techniques to assist you in the reconnection through yoga, conscious connected breathwork, and sound healing meditation. For our 2 hour segment we focus on movement for 50-60 minutes, breathwork 20-30 minutes, and relaxation with sound 20-30 minutes. Together, weaving in the tools that give perspective and clear understanding within oneself that facilitates a relationship deep within oneself and beyond.
