Ancient cultures and practices provide us with energy codes and energy channelling techniques. We are called to creatively reinterpret them in order to play an active role in society.

This workshop proposes to give us the opportunity to think of ourselves as alchemists and frequency elevators. We will learn techniques of self-protection to prevent our frequency from dropping, but we will also share how the energy of love can be used to help, guide, or just plant seeds of light in hearts that need it. From quiet humility or a simple smile, we can create beautiful and great changes around us, in yoga and meditation rooms, but also in the train and in the supermarket.

Berlin, the great city of Yin and Yang, asks us to propose change without the use of violence. The revolution of our Aquarian Age is using colours, codes and creative movement to open hearts as portals of light and global change.
