Gentle, soothing breathing connects us all to the Heart. Through carefully chosen pranayamas (breathwork), we'll explore the different parts of our conscious breath and voyage towards a deep state of relaxation. In being mind/play-ful, we breathe to connect to our inner world and let ourselves wander in self care: expect vagus nerve stretches, intentional respiration and a calming gong bath.
