Sound can be used to alter our physical, mental and emotional awareness. Each frequency holds the ability to trigger a unique response, and combined, they propel us on a transformative journey.

During our sessions, we use the power of intention as our compass to travel through our inner layers. Once we encounter our centre, we are able to strengthen the channels that outpour our true self-expression.

In this chapter, we tune into the New Moon in Libra. Accompanied by singing bowls, tuning forks and a variety of other instruments, we will be exploring the balance within us, harmonising the light and dark aspects of our characters and how they express in the relational space.
