In this immersive sound experience, we will explore the relationship between sound and time. We begin by becoming aware of our bodies as sensitive listening instruments, engaging in mindful breath-work to prepare for deep listening. This practice helps us ground ourselves and heightens our awareness of the subtleties in sound. 

For the session, Nico Rosenberg presents a composition of layered drones and tonal textures that evoke a sense of timelessness; while AnaRosa brings the body into presence using acoustic instruments. The subtle shifts in sound will guide us through different emotional landscapes, inviting us to experience the fluidity of time as it unfolds in each moment.

The event will conclude with a casual sharing session over tea and snacks, where participants can reflect on their experiences and connect with others.
