The beginning of the year offers a gift of inner reflection, from which we can gain direction on our paths and the next steps to align with our visions for the upcoming year. It's the time to plant the seeds to carry us throughout the year. This workshop offers different art therapy tools. We will journey into our inner world through meditation accompanied by sound healing, reflect, and gain clarity through journaling. In the end, we will bring these messages into a vision board through arts and crafts, all encapsulated with sound around us.

Crafting a vision board during this workshop is a meaningful way to bring clarity to our goals. It helps us focus on what we want, guided by the principles of the Law of Attraction. Our vision board becomes a daily reminder, nudging us toward the realization of our aspirations.

Bring: Your journal, a pen, scissors, glue, and, if you have them, magazines to share with the group.
