For this new moon in Libra, we bring together Cacao & Yin Yoga.

On this magical period of the year in Berlin’s Golden October days, after sunset come to Har space to dive into your Golden heart.

We will be drinking Cacao, the medicine of the heart, with which Sofia has worked for 10 years now through her Casa Cacao.

With the Yin Yoga practice, we will softly open our chests to enter this Yin time of the year relaxed and balanced.

This weekend is "Erntedankfest" where we give thanks for the harvest, what are you harvesting from this yang summer and bringing with you?!

Let´s take this moment together to give our gratitude to our body by softening into it.
