3 Gong players with 5 different Gongs for you all night long :)

Gong vibrations can help remove emotional aspects out of the body, creating empty space to then fill with love and tranquility.

Cacao Medicine invites us to sit in a circle just as the seeds gather together in the fruit itself.

At the beginning of the night, we will drink it together, connecting to our own heart as well as tuning into the heart of the group.

While Sofia, Euge and Jorgito play the Gongs for you, you will be invited to relax, lie on your back, receive and dive deep within yourself.

The Majestic Gongs will bathe us all into the same frequency.

During this night you can meditate or sleep.

By 06:00 am we will enter into silence for 30 minutes. In this stillness, people tend to experience powerful insights and a profound feeling of inner peace and liberation.

Already morning you will be invited to share your night experience with a warm spicy waking-up cacao and power balls snacks.

What to bring:

Clean comfortable clothing to change for sleeping, pillows, sleeping bag, blankets, duvets, warm socks or any other item that will help aid your comfort as you will be sleeping on the floor.

Please also bring a bottle to fill with water. Yoga mats are provided.
