Upon discovering that decades of suffering due to low self-esteem, a lack of sense of safety or unhealthy relationship dynamics originate from our Mother Wound, it’s only natural when our resentment towards her grows. But, while we want to break free from the chains of the past, our resentment keeps us tied to it. That’s why – if we want to fully heal and liberate ourselves on the deepest level – working on forgiving our mother is just as crucial as it is challenging to overcome our resistance to do so.
In this session, Zazi will help to free your heart by guiding you to hold compassion for your Inner Child, release old emotional baggage, and limit imprints from this wound. Then, by showing you a different perspective, she will respectfully guide you to also find compassion for your mom (without denying her flaws or disregarding your pain), which will enable you to finally break the chain of resentment. This deeply touching process offers to take you to a new level of inner freedom by empowering you to rise above the past.
