Both conscious connected breathing and trauma-informed yoga aim to support the integration of past experiences and related energies stored in our bodies. They recognize the role of the body as a source of self-regulation and safety. Together, they can offer a holistic approach that addresses both physical and emotional aspects of healing. We will invite you in a soft and gentle way to feel, investigate and build trust while attuning to your body and breathing in a safe space.

Trauma-informed Yoga is an interoceptive practice based on invitational language, choice, non-coercion and agency. Taking ownership of your movements to purposefully interact with your body is powerful, nourishing a sense of I and helping to find new ways to take care of the most vulnerable parts of yourself.

"Conscious connected breathing" is a powerful technique for exploring your inner world. By focusing on your breath, you stay present and reconnect with yourself physically and emotionally, allowing your life energy to flow and inner space to expand. The transformation and integration of your past creates inner space for your true nature to unfold. It's a path to freedom, your origin of self love and the interconnectedness of everything.
